Sales Development Intern (Swedish Speaking)

WHY WE NEED YOU

To take on the next level, accelerate our growth and extend our customer base, we are in need of Sales Rockstar and further develop our fast-growing business and stimulate our growth. We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Intern who can help us further conquer the Nordics markets. You’ll be working alongside our Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Managers. We are looking for someone that will be involved in generating leads, following up with customers and improving our Sales & Business Development operations.

The intern will take a leading role in further developing our business with the founding team. You will be responsible for researching, initiating and implementing new business opportunities and determining areas for improving our user experience & engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR
  • Increase Lepaya’s market share by generating and qualifying leads through (potential) customer contact by email, telephone, events and networking
  • Identifying opportunities for Lepaya and developing these into concrete plans
  • Research, develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Increasing Lepaya’s brand awareness working along with the marketing team
  • Contribute to the improvement of our sales strategy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program
  • Experience in business development, sales, or acquisition is a plus
  • Fluency in Swedish and English;
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong commercial ambition
