The Role:

A legal technology intern is a role that involves working with technology tools and solutions to support legal operations. The primary responsibility of a legal technology intern is to assist with the implementation and maintenance of technology systems used by the legal team.

Your mission at Irdeto

• Collaborating with attorneys and staff to identify areas where technology can be used to improve legal operations and workflows.
• Researching and evaluating new legal technology tools and solutions to recommend for implementation.
• Assisting with the implementation and testing of new legal technology systems, including providing training and support to users.
• Helping to develop and maintain databases, document management systems, and other technology solutions used by the legal team.
• Conducting data analysis and generating reports to support legal operations and decision-making.
• Providing general technical support to attorneys and staff, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems as they arise.
• Staying up-to-date with developments in legal technology and recommending changes or updates to existing systems to keep them current and effective.
• A legal technology intern should have a strong understanding of both legal processes and technology tools, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The position may require some knowledge of database management, as well as an understanding of common legal software applications, specifically contract management systems.
