LX Pantos is a transport logistics company that is located in over 50 countries. There are 4 branches in the Netherlands namely Hoofddorp (HQ), Tilburg, Breda and Maasvlakte. The HR department is a close knit team that is the corner stone of the company. We deal with issues such as
-assist managers and employees with regards to HR matters
-support our colleagues in various branches throughout the Netherlands.
-collaborate with your colleagues actively.
-contribute to the optimization of HR policies
-perform HR related tasks

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
The student should be eager to learn as this is a chance to kick start . It is important that the student has good working knowledge of the English Language as this is an international organisation. People skills are very critical as this is an employee oriented job and a lot of contact with employees is involved. LX pantos offers the chance to deal with multiple tasks such as communication and problem- solving.
Wat biedt het bedrijf?
LX Pantos has 4 branches in the Netherlands with about 200 employees located in Hoofddorp, Tilburg, Breda and Maasvlakte. The HR team is a small team with 2 employees in Hoofddorp and 2 in Tilburg. You will be the 5th member and will be located in Hoofddorp. The HR team is responsible for all the branches and all the employees. There are possibilities of getting a contract with the company once the internship is over. The company offers you monthly travel allowance and and a monthly allowance to the student. The Hoofddorp office offers free refreshments ie, coca-cola and apple juice not to mention unlimited tea and coffee. There is also a free gym located in the office building (Great for you).
