HEINEKEN is looking for you!

Every day we work with pride on our great products that you have certainly had in your hand at a party, during a work meeting or at home on the couch. HEINEKEN is much more than just beer. What about brands like Crystal Clear, Royal Club, Heineken 0.0, Amstel Radler and Birra Moretti. We actively work to create a pleasant work environment where everyone feels respected and has equal opportunities. Your personality, knowledge and skills are the success of our organization.

The internship

Do you like networking, communication and standardizing great ideas in a technical context, then this internship fits you like a glove!

  • We are looking for an intern to support us with the further onboarding and engagement of people in our “Collaborative & Connected Network”, on of the priorities of the Global Maintenance & Asset Care team
  • You will play an important role in the hosting of a conference, a global rewards ceremony and the collection and sharing of (world class) best practices in Maintenance & Asset Care.
  • You will work with the Global Maintenance & Asset Care team, as well as our “top 35” most influential people around the world in Maintenance & Asset Care

During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom, so you can work like a real entrepreneur. We like to bring the outside world inside and therefore we embrace new, fresh ideas with enthusiasm. Of course always with the guidance that is right for you.

We believe this can be a unique experience for future leaders in Maintenance and Engineering organizations.

  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
