Position Summary

  • Start date 1st of September 2023 until 31st of January 2024

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be:

  • Enrolled in a study for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The sales development function works across every part of the business, streamlining communication and process for the commercial team. As Sales Development Rookie you will lead the operational rhythm of the commercial team, supporting developing tools and processes to drive efficiencies.

The project will focus on key milestones within the commercial calendar including strategic plans, segmentation & GTM processes. The project will be underpinned by owning the commercial sharepoint structuring tools and information for organization

  • Develop and manage key milestones within in the commercial operating rhythm
  • Own the commercial sharepoint, streamlining commercial information and tools
  • Develop process improvements to drive efficiencies
  • Connect cross functionally across key milestones
  • Support across the GTM process

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Microsoft office proficiency, in particular excel and powerpoint

Education And / Or Experience

  • Student of communications, business studies or similar

Successful candidates will be contacted within the first 2 weeks after application. Following this you can expect to have:

  • 1 virtual interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
  • 1 interview at the Amsterdam Office with the hiring manager of this position.
