Intern IT & Processes

  • Stage
  • Haarlem

At Dopper, we work hard every day to make the world a little better for our planet and our people. A strong foundation, with good processes, work descriptions, and a thoroughly developed IT process, is essential to achieve this goal. However, we cannot do this alone; that’s where you come in. As an Intern for IT and Processes, you will ensure that everything is properly mapped out and organized.

Internship · Haarlem

You ask your colleagues a lot of questions. Everything comes to the surface (haha, water, Dopper…) and no stone is left unturned. You analyze the answers and translate them into logical procedures. By accurately documenting our processes in a dynamic work document, you make the IT team and your colleagues very happy! Got some spare time? You can also help write work descriptions.

As an intern at Dopper, you will immediately become part of the team. It is therefore likely that at the end of your internship, you still won’t know how the coffee machine works. You make yourself indispensable, but not by delivering our delicious cappuccinos (although that’s okay too, we’re happy to teach you). No, well-founded recommendations based on your analyses are much more valuable to us.

  • You are familiar with the ‘5x why method,’ and constantly questioning is no problem for you. Only by doing so, you can get the answers you need to map out the processes.
  • You ensure that these processes are accurately documented.
  • You have no problem supporting your colleagues in writing work descriptions.
  • You are responsible for the entire IT inventory.
  • You actively work on cleaning up our accounts.
  • You are happy to help your colleagues with IT questions, even if you’re not an IT professional (tip: rebooting or googling can get you a long way).
  • You are part of the party committee and organize the most enjoyable internal events.

Sounds challenging, right? Of course, you will not do this alone. You will work together with Rochelle and Laurens.

  • You are enrolled in an HBO Bachelor (Technical) Business Administration.
  • You are looking for a practical internship for a period starting from July / August (5 / 6 months).
  • You are structured and accurate.
  • You are eager to learn, proactive, and have an eye for quality. Your enthusiasm inspires our colleagues to put in an extra effort.
  • You have knowledge of and experience with processes.
  • You are available five days a week.
  • You speak English fluently, another language (French, German, Spanish or Dutch would be considered a big plus!).

First of all, at Dopper, you won’t have just any internship; your internship will have an impact. You contribute daily to the fight against disposable plastic pollution by offering people the opportunity to choose a reusable water bottle. You do this as part of a dedicated international team with a passion for plastic-free oceans and office snacks. Additionally, you will receive:

  • Your own personalized Dopper bottle.
  • An internship allowance of €325 gross per month (based on 40h per week).
  • 2 vacation days per month.
  • Your birthday off.
  • A laptop to work with during your internship.
  • Travel expenses reimbursement (if you live more than 10 km from the office and do not have free travel public transport).
  • A great workplace within walking distance from the station in Haarlem.
  • Daily delicious plant-based lunch, served at Mama Gaia.
  • Quarterly festive (yes, really) updates and cool team outings.
  • Unlimited access to the ‘Open Up’ platform.
