Position Summary

  • Start date 1st of September 2023 until 31st of January 2024

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be:

  • Enrolled in a study for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The scope of this project is to support establishing an all-rounded process that supports the implementation and review of the brand execution and performance of our digital partners across multiple markets and consumer segmentations.

The successful candidate of this Rookie program will lead brand execution onsite with our key digital wholesale partners. This will include reviewing the managing onsite product executions, reviewing key copy and content implementations, and analyzing sell out detail to see how we can optimize Under Armour visibility, awareness, consideration and conversion across our digital partner

The scope of this role also involves significant cross functional collaboration and exposure to the commercial, marketing and merchandising teams within Under Armour.

  • Analyze the digital marketplace within EMEA region looking at key aspects of execution, visibility, conversion, product results and commercial focus points.
  • Analyze Under Armour’s place and position within the digital accounts, outlining competitor initiatives and opportunities to improve it
  • Establish key performance indicators and ways of working
  • Connect/work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as marketing, customer service & logistics.
  • Support brand premiumization and assortment rationale and analysis across specific accounts segmentations

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • A good understanding of digital business processes…. Sales, Content, Product, Customer Service.
  • Proven methodological skills … business planning, strategic development
  • Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills with an analytical mind coupled with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on their analysis.
  • PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Interpersonal skills & demonstrable track record of good relationship building
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as marketing, customer service & logistics.

Education And / Or Experience

  • Student of business studies, data analysis, consumer/market dynamics, marketing, merchandising or similar

Successful candidates will be contacted within the first 2 weeks after application. Following this you can expect to have:

  • 1 virtual interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
  • 1 interview at the Amsterdam Office with the hiring manager of this position.
