Position Summary

  • Start date 1st of September 2023 until 31st of January 2024

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be:

  • Enrolled in a study for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands.

Our internship program is designed to provide a holistic understanding of the Under Armour brand. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

he Total Rewards function creates an impact on all teammates from the very first moment! Providing an amazing total rewards packet is the mission of Under Armour. That is provide such a package of salary, bonus, benefits, and perks that attract new talents, engage our current teammates, and support their growth of them whether employer in the office or in retail. The scope of this project is to support the establishment of an all-rounded process that aims to elevate further our Total Rewards Philosophy in the region. To ensure that projects and processes in the region are clear, measuring the success, analyzing market, competitors, and the retailer landscape. The scope of this role will also involve significant cross-functional collaboration and exposure to the HR Team within Under Armour. At the end of this 5 months program, you as the Total Rewards Rookie will have delivered and researched the options for cost-efficient and sustainable benefits in the region.

  • Creates and drives the Total Rewards projects assigned the focus on cost-efficient and sustainable benefits
  • Manages the benefit documentations as benefit overviews for the region, that is analyses current processes, identify gaps and suggestions for more efficient workflows and document it
  • Support with annual benefits review and bid process including a comparison of current plans to industry norms, and adjusting plans to manage costs
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand their needs relative to compensation and benefits

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Self-starter: You are hands-on, proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferred any other European languages

Education And / Or Experience

  • You are currently on track in your Bachelor or Master-studies in Business Administration or HR

Relocation

Successful candidates will be contacted within the first 2 weeks after application. Following this you can expect to have:

  • 1 virtual interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
  • 1 interview at the Amsterdam Office with the hiring manager of this position.
