HR Intern

Als stagiair op de afdeling HR krijg je dé kans om te leren wat het vak van een HRM-er inhoudt in de praktijk. Wij bieden je een leuke en leerzame stage waarbij je allround meewerkt op de afdeling. De werkzaamheden tijdens deze stage bestaan uit:

  • Het uitvoeren en opzetten van een gewenst HR-project (schoolopdracht);
  • Werving en selectie: contacten onderhouden met de uitzendbureaus- plannen van interviews- interviews houden- feedback geven naar uitzendbureau en kandidaten;
  • Operationele zaken: het indienen van arbeidsovereenkomsten- het opstellen van mutaties- het afhandelen van post en het beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en mail;
  • Interne communicatie: het opstellen van nieuwsbrieven en mededelingen;
  • Medewerkers informeren/adviseren of helpen met vragen en/of aanvragen;
  • Het aanleveren van de juiste gegevens in onze systemen;
  • Ziekteverzuimadministratie- contactpersoon met de Healthcare provider- kort durend en frequent verzuim behandelen.
  • Het monitoren en corrigeren van klokkaarten in ons kloksysteem.
