About the team

You will be part of the Revenue Operations Team, also known as RevOps, one of the driving factors behind our commercial engine. Our team supports Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing by organising and executing the back office of their operations. Due to us, they are able to focus and execute their tasks and responsibilities as efficiently as possible.

Within RevOps, everyone works within their own expertise that fits their interests and talents, allowing us to work together in an efficient and effective way.

What you will learn

During this internship you will work together with the team to ensure the commercial organisation within blackbear runs as smoothly as possible, while providing your team with tools and tricks so that they can focus on performing. You will work closely together with our CRM Specialist Maarten, who can teach you all the tricks of the trade.

During your internship, you will learn and improve on the following skills:

• Developing and realising technical implementations for our commercial teams in HubSpot, our CRM system.
• Managing the workflows, properties, sequences, and templates within HubSpot.
• Continuously looking for ways to optimise our processes, identifying opportunities and realising these in HubSpot.
• Reporting and managing the dashboards needed by the commercial teams.
• Mining, cleaning and visualising our raw data to make it exciting for our teams; you find ways translate the raw data into actionable insights.
• Being part of the expert team regarding our commercial data insights.
• Working on interesting projects around data optimisation and processes with the RevOps team.

What you will bring

Aside from the blackbear mindset we need you to bring the following skills and knowledge to strengthen our pack:

• You are currently studying or graduating in IT, or Business Data Management, Business Information Management, or other data-related studies, at least at hbo level.
• You have a true interest in data and already know the basics of data analytics.
• You love for working with tools, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience in programming, especially Python and JavaScript, is a plus.
• Previous experience with CRM systems is an asset.
• You are process-oriented, have great analytical skills and are a structured person.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are available from September 2023 onwards for 6 months for at least 24 hours per week.
• You study and live in The Netherlands.

You will receive an internship compensation of 400 EUR based on a full-time internship, paid vacation days, and a work laptop. Our team will guide you and make sure you learn all you can during your internship.

Together with your assigned mentor you can decide on your learning objectives and work on your school-related projects.
