Conduct & Ethics Compliance Intern

As a Conduct & Ethics Compliance Intern, you will provide support to drive the success of the Global Corporate Conduct & Ethics Compliance Team with respect to certain conduct & ethics themes such as: the Code of Conduct, Speak Up & Disciplinary Action, Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Market Abuse & Inside Information, Treating Customers Fairly, Fair Competition, etc.

Day to day:

  • Support the implementation of the Conduct & Ethics themes by development of associated user-manuals, communication, awareness and training content
  • Assist in carrying out the annual Culture Survey and sharing its outcomes with stakeholders
  • Assist with gathering input and feedback from stakeholders to a combined spreadsheet overview
  • Assist with analysing information being submitted in our global tool for reporting conflicts of interest in order to flag out trends and monitor implementation maturity
  • Assist with monitoring changes in laws, rules and regulations relating to the policy framework and the interpretation of such changes.

Essentials:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Flexibility and team player
  • You have curiosity for the financial industry and how to fit-in compliance into a business environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Extras:

  • Basic knowledge of compliance principles (such as anti-corruption and conflicts of interest).

Compensation:

The internship will start in February 2023. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 – €500 gross per month, based on your educational level.
